Cynthia Luo

Cynthia is an accomplished ecommerce and marketing professional experienced across consumer categories and international markets (she’s also the queen of side-quests). She co-founded the region’s first market research & consulting firm dedicated to ecommerce insights for clients such as ExxonMobil, Akamai Tech, DBS, and Criteo.

She also optimised the sale of condoms online and grew Reckitt’s ecommerce business in Singapore managing a kick-ass multi-functional team. Together they delivered results for a wide portfolio of brands such as Enfagrow A+, Dettol and Durex on top e-marketplaces.

Over the last 11 years, Cynthia has become a swiss-army knife for startups and currently does strategy/marketing consulting to support founders through her own firm CAOSE. Clients include Shippit, Karate Combat, Cube, Corgi.ai, Thursday, etc. and mentors social enterprises as a Fellow with raiSE and 500 Global (she also matches strangers together for fun 🤷🏻‍♀️).
